ANDRA Is Now Registered with the SEC as a Transfer Agent
On September 4, 2026, Adaptable network designed for regulated assets LLC, operating as part of ANDRA, became registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a transfer agent.

The registration represents the latest development in ANDRA’s buildout of institutional infrastructure for tokenized ETFs. ANDRA is an institutional tokenization platform for ETF issuers, authorized participants, and market makers, designed to add digital wallets, programmable transfers, and on-chain ownership capabilities while working alongside existing settlement and custody infrastructure.
Built on Canton Network and Daml, ANDRA is designed to connect on-chain activity with the infrastructure that already supports regulated ETFs rather than requiring issuers and market participants to replace existing systems.
The Role of a Registered Transfer Agent
Registered transfer agents serve an important recordkeeping function within the securities markets. Among their responsibilities, they track securityholder information and ownershipchanges and help support the administration of activities tied to securities ownership.
For tokenized securities, this recordkeeping function is particularly important. Bringing an ETF share class on-chain does not eliminate the need for accurate ownership records or the established infrastructure that supports regulated securities.
That creates a key gap for tokenized ETFs. While shares can move on-chain, the infrastructure needed to keep on-chain activity continuously aligned with a fund’s official ownership records has not evolved at the same pace.
ANDRA’s platform is designed around that connection between traditional market infrastructure and on-chain markets. The platform continuously reconciles on-chain activity against a fund’s official records so that the digital and traditional records remain aligned as one continuous source of truth.
ANDRA adds an on-chain layer designed to work alongside the existing ETF ecosystem, supporting ownership records, settlement, compliance, and digital distribution.
